High Impact Styrene (HIPS) sheet is an excellent material for use in vacuum forming, screen printing, and the creation of signs and displays. Not only is styrene affordable, but it also offers excellent dimensional stability and resistance to impact. Because of its chemical composition, styrene is a good material for use in screen printing. Cutting, drilling, machine work, bending, bonding, and fabrication are all possible with styrene. Styrene sheets and rods are available from OCIP in a wide range of sizes and gauges. We have extensive experience in the cutting, manufacturing, and CNC machining of rods and sheets made of styrene sheets.
