Orange County Industrial Plastics features state of the art computerized panel saws, multiple head CNC routers, state of the art laser cutters/engravers and a host of other plastic machining equipment. We undertake the jobs that others can’t and get those projects done on time and often under budget.
We also have extensive capabilities and decades of experience with custom machining, routing, shaping, drilling, cut to size, beveling, laser cutting, laser engraving & die cutting (tolerances available to +/- .005). We are also experts in fabrication, cutting and CNC machining of Plexiglass, Acrylic, Lexan, Polycarbonate, Expanded PVC and most other plastics.
Here at Orange County Industrial Plastics, we achieve quality prints using the 4’ by 8’ 360 GT UV printer and the 8’ x 10’ 660 XT flatbed UV printer. Both printers use Océ VariaDot™ imaging technology for exceptional print quality, use double opacity white and are capable of printing up to 64.7m² per hour. With six independent ink channels, the Océ Arizona® 660 XT offers incredible print versatility and can print on any media up to 250cm x 305cm x 5.08cm thick. The two additional ink channels are used for double-opacity white ink printing that is instantly cured with UV lamps. With this technology, we can produce a wide variety of possibilities to suit our clients’ demands.
